MG Miles Terms and Conditions

These terms describe the current MG Miles rewards program for Skincare Edit US at skincareedit.us. All reward and purchase amounts below are in US dollars. They apply to new eligible purchases under the updated US program. They do not cancel previously earned rewards or retrospectively remove earlier benefits.
Your account
Participation is free. Use your own customer account and the same email address for purchases and rewards. If you are under 18, obtain your parent or guardian’s approval. Your account, miles and reward codes are personal and may not be transferred to another customer.
Earning MG Miles
Earn 1 MG Mile per $1 spent on eligible retail products, after discounts and before sales tax. Shipping, treatments, consultations, service deposits, gift vouchers and package protection do not earn miles. In a mixed order, only eligible product spend counts. Use your account email at checkout so eligible purchases can be associated with your balance.
When miles become available
Order miles are held for 30 days after payment before becoming available for redemption. Miles relating to refunded eligible purchases are adjusted. A pending or unpaid order is not an available reward balance. Contact us if a cancellation, refund or account adjustment is not reflected correctly.
Redeeming your miles

Sign in to your account, open MG Miles and select a reward when you have enough available miles. Redemption deducts the displayed number of miles and provides a reward code. Apply that code to a qualifying purchase on skincareedit.us.
Rewards apply only to eligible retail products and are restricted to the customer who redeemed them. They cannot be combined with other product, order or shipping discounts. Minimum purchase requirements apply as shown above; checkout displays whether a particular order qualifies. Miles and reward codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
The current program has no automatic points-expiry schedule enabled. If an individual reward has additional conditions, these are displayed with that reward before redemption. Contact us for help with an unused code, returned reward purchase or disputed balance; this page does not promise automatic restoration following a return.
Earlier memberships and benefits
The previous Gold, Platinum and Diamond tiers are not the earning structure for new purchases in this updated US program. Previously earned balances, issued rewards and benefits remain subject to the terms under which they were earned. They are not erased, converted or reduced merely by this update.
If you held benefits under the earlier program, contact skincareedit@melaniegrant.com so we can review your account and confirm how to access them. A zero balance in the new Hub is not a determination that you have no earlier entitlement. This US program does not change the UK or Australian programs.
Privacy and communications
We use your account email, eligible purchase and refund information, miles balance and redemption history to operate MG Miles and provide account support, as described in our Privacy Policy. Marketing preferences remain separate from participation. You can unsubscribe from promotional messages without losing eligible rewards. Not every loyalty email is a transactional message.
You can request help with your details, privacy choices or leaving the program by emailing skincareedit@melaniegrant.com. We will explain the treatment of any unused benefits before closing a membership; leaving does not affect rights you have under applicable law.
Changes and your rights
We will publish material program changes on this website and provide advance notice of changes that reduce existing benefits. Previously accrued benefits are not retrospectively cancelled by this update. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
